Directcare has an Immediate Need for an EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT MANAGER to join its growing team!

DIRECTCARE OFFERS its clients independently validated testing by CLIA-certified labs in compliance with FDA notification guidelines under the 2020 Emergency Use Authorization Act. We've assembled a team of certified allied medical providers who are passionate about delivering top tier concierge service at every appointment.

OUR GOAL is to assist our clients with new safety measures by implementing testing protocols for staff and employees that are aligned with local requirements.

THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR working with Directcare's entertainment, film and tv, corporate, and professional customers to PROVIDE SALES PROPOSALS AND PRICING for structured recurring testing for their employees, cast and crew for COVID-19

ADDITIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE

• Interacting with internal and external team members to schedule and coordinate the healthcare clinicians for the corporate testing sites
• Working with invoicing and test reporting teams
• Ensuring all customers are receiving fast and accurate results and invoicing for the services provided
• Reaching out potential labs to expand and grow partnerships
• Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients
• Facilitate miscellaneous projects and add-on business

THE CHOSEN CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

• a minimum of 1-3 years in a similar roll, such as: High Volume / Full Cycle Sales and Service (from procurement to proposal, presentation to close, and event coordination)
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with producing contract from inception to close
• Invoicing / tracking experience
• Proven history of achieving kpi's
• A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales metrics
• A passion for providing customer satisfaction in a high volume client facing roll
