About the Role:

Join Sweetwater Care as a Direct Care Worker, where you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care in a supportive environment, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and meal preparation

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life

Implement individualized care plans/goals tailored to each client's needs and preferences

Monitor behavior and daily activities

Light housekeeping

Transportation to appointments and errands

Accompany members on recreational activities

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others

Reliable Transportation

Valid Arizona Driver's License

At least 1 year Caregiver experience or similar

An Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one*

CPR /First Aid Certification*

Article 9*

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00/hour
