About the Role:

Join Sweetwater Care as a Direct Care Worker, where you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in need. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care in a supportive environment, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life

Implement individualized care plans/goals tailored to each client's needs and preferences

Monitor behavior and daily activities

Light housekeeping

Transportation to appointments and errands

Accompany members on recreational activities

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others

Obtain an Arizona Fingerprint clearance card

CPR /First Aid Certification

Article 9

At least 1 year Caregiver experience

Valid Arizona Driver's License

Reliable transportation

Pay:

Starting at $17.00 an hour

Flexible Scheduling or Full Time Available
