Costco Location: 1225 STATE HIGHWAY 276 ROCKWALL, TX 75032

This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with part time work; skin care experience is ideal, but not necessary.

Compensation:

• Starting at $­­­­­23.00+ an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas
• W-2 Employment
• We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!
• Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $300+ per day!

Bonus payout:

We have four different products in Costco, and usually three on the table. This week we're in the Costco coupon book, and Liquid Turmeric is $7 off. I'll outline the bonus structure down below on how much your potential earnings can/should be. Also the shift ends at 5:30, but you get credit for whatever sells that day, which is an additional 3.5 hours Costco is open where people will still purchase our products.

• You sell 20 Liquid Turmeric, you make $60 in commission
• You sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you make $60 in commission
• You sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you make $15 in commission
• For the day at $23/hr PLUS commission you'd of made $296 for 7 hours of work, which is $42 an hour

Job Details:

Requirements:

• Confident and Charismatic, EXPERIENCED, salesperson. This this is not an entry level position!
• Positive energy, well organized, high level of focus and strong sense of commitment.
• Outgoing, charismatic, and fun!
• Have a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
• Consistently creates a welcoming environment.
• Professional outward appearance.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.
• Complies with all company script requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time – with breaks.
• Must have cell phone with texting and MMS capabilities - must be able to text photos.

Job Description:

We promote the highest quality Liquid CoQ10, Liquid Turmeric and 1500 mg Turmeric pill form products in the nutritional supplement industry. We need energetic, courteous and sales driven Sales Representatives to represent and sell our health and nutritional products. It's our mission to build a highly motivated sales team. Must have proven sales experience. This is not for an entry level salesperson.
