Job description:

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to become an integral part of our team with continued education and advancement! You will gauge sales opportunities and build relationships with past and future clientele.

Responsibilities:

Field live inbound calls from our client base and convert them into a submission for our sales team

Follow up with past clients for new opportunities to benefit the client

Provide excellent customer service

Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

Telephone skills

Call Center experience

Telephone Sales experience a plus

Seeking to hire like minded, goal oriented individuals to grow within the company

Strong written/verbal communication skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong self motivation and drive
