SEEKING AMMONIA REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS

As an AMMONIA REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC/R equipment for our industrial and commercial customers, through daily service maintenance, performing diagnostic reviews and identifying the root cause for any needed repairs. You will work closely with each customer to discuss work performed, review repair quotes for approval, and convey preventative maintenance measures that should be done that would increase efficiency and decrease costs for the customer.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3+ year experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting with Ammonia systems and units or equivalent education in trade school or apprenticeship required

Prior experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC/R or electrical mechanics preferred

Proven ability to troubleshooting and problem solving with a strong sense of urgency, initiative and drive required

Openness to learn something new every day in a fast-paced environment required

EPA HVAC/R certified a plus

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience

College or Technician Certification in HVAC/R or Refrigeration a plus

Demonstrated proficiency using hand tools, electrical schematics, & reading drawings a plus

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to pass background check and drug screen required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
