We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Direct Mail Operations Coordinator to run the weekly mailing system that powers our entire new business generation engine. This is a flexible, part-time role where you’ll take ownership of preparing, organizing, and mailing letters each week — a core function that directly impacts our ability to grow the business. If you enjoy structured, predictable work where accuracy matters, take pride in running a smooth system, and like being part of a small, positive, supportive team, this role will be a great fit. Most tasks can be done independently on your own schedule from home, with 1–2 short visits per week to our Minnetonka office. This position is ideal for someone who wants meaningful, steady part-time work, thrives with routine, and likes being depended on. You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in helping our growing real estate business expand. Responsibilities: • Prepare and organize weekly mailing lists, review for accuracy, and clean up missing or incomplete address information. • Perform weekly mail merge, print letters and labels at the Minnetonka office, and ensure all materials are correct before assembly. • Hand-sign, fold, stuff, stamp, and seal letters, following a consistent and dependable workflow. • Organize completed letters into batches and complete scheduled mail drops. • Manage and track supplies, reorder as needed, and maintain an organized inventory system. • Keep accurate internal records, including updating lists of “do not mail” addresses based on weekly feedback. • Provide simple weekly updates on progress, supply levels, and any issues that need attention. Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to follow a consistent weekly system and work independently without constant supervision. • Reliable transportation for 1–2 brief visits per week to the Minnetonka office and local mail drop locations. • Comfortable with basic computer tasks, including Excel, Word, merging documents, and simple data cleanup. • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet weekly deadlines consistently. • Dependable, trustworthy, and able to handle repetitive tasks with a positive attitude and pride in workmanship. Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
