This role is pivotal to our strategic expansion. You’ll oversee the growth and success of your sales teams in designated territories, supported by our executive team and fellow experienced managers. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to empower communities with clean energy—ethically and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS
Coachable, growth-focused, and committed
1+ year of direct sales experience (solar preferred)
Cell phone and laptop/tablet for presentations
Comfortable with in-home consultations
RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Clark Energies and build new client relationships
Train and mentor new hires on consultations
Lead weekly team meetings
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and goals
