    REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS

    Our client is a leading manufacturing organization that focuses on nutrition supplements. They are seeking to hire a Regional Account Manager to develop sales strategies, manage and grow their business. The goal is to increase revenue and concentrate on business development. The role will also be to work closely with the clients on an ongoing basis to understand client objectives and ensure client’s satisfaction.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Meet / exceed sales goals and quotas
    • New Business development; prospect via outbound communication, presentations
    • Develop sales strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
    • Become the trusted advisor to current as well as new clients, for their building product needs
    • Develop lasting, mutually beneficial customer relationships
    • Maintain database of accounts and prospects, updating as needed
    • Understand client needs and ensure client satisfaction; manage any issues/concerns, seeking resolutions
    • Develop strategic plans to address customer needs and new product launches
    • Manage current accounts, analyze client usage data and formulate plans to increase business
    • Articulate the value proposition of products
    • Keep well-informed of industry trends, changes, new developments, products etc.
    • Attend trainings, trade shows and meetings as necessary

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
    • Min. 2+ years Sales experience within medical, health and/or pharmaceutical Sales
    • Hunter Mentality with ability to drive maximum sales productivity
    • Strong interest in health and wellness
    • Responsible for sales and account management
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
    • Ability to travel as needed within territory

     

    OFFERING:

    • Base Salary $40,000
    • Year 1 @ plan $70,000 - $100,000+
    • Uncapped Commissions
    • Car and Travel Allowance
