ACCOUNT MANAGERS - 2 OPENINGS

Account Manager - Sales Recruiter to work Accounts and source candidates throughout the US and Canada. Must have experience with recruiting. Sales Recruiter to earn up to $50,000 just working House Accounts. Earnings over with brining in New Business (with commission - up capped). Base Salary range plus bonus. Must have experience Recruiting.

Account Manager - Will Train 1 Opening - will assist senior recruiters with sourcing for candidates and searching for ideal profile matches. Learn how to interview candidates and screen and assist candidates throughout the interview process. Learn how to recruit for openings with clients throughout the US and Canada. Will train new college grads. We will give the opportunity to learn a new career.

ALL ROLES OFFERING:

• Base Compensation + Bonus
• Bonus on assisting with hires
• Medical, Dental, Vision at 90 days
• 401K
• PTO 16 days after qualifying period
• Paid Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with openings throughout the US
• Source candidates and educate them on best positions that align with their background
• Perform outbound calls and screen potential candidates
• Present candidates for review to clients
• Prepare candidates for interviews, schedule interviews
• Use social media to source candidates for open positions
• Learn about clients and industries

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS preferred
• Strong computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel)
• Ability to produce in a fast paced environment
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Self Motivated
