CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER - SOFTWARE
Our client is a world leader that provides communication solutions and network services. They are seeking to hire a Client Success Manager responsible for educating the clients on products and developing strategies to ensure partner services and growth. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients, provide direction and training on products that will result in success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client relationships; understanding business model and customer cases
- Become the trusted advisor to clients; understand needs/requirements and make recommendations
- Assist with strategies, templates, set-up/integration and prepare operational documentation
- Upsell and cross-sell into assigned accounts
- Oversee reseller onboarding; set-up, training materials, progress, etc.
- Manage service request billing, ensure accuracy
- Maintain service and support processes; identify issues, streamline and allow for continuous improvement
- Provide technical product support and ensure follow up is timely; address escalated issues and assist to resolve
- Educate Clients on organization’s products and solutions; notify of any business impacting changes/upgrades
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate post-sales needs
- Maintain product/solution knowledge, attend trainings as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 3+ years Account Management, Customer Service and/or Client Development experience
- Experience in a support role for a SaaS organization
- Experience managing large accounts - 300K+
- Knowledge/Understanding of digital software technology preferred
- Technical aptitude, strong analytical and negotiating skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
OFFERING:
- Base Salary $80,000
- Contract role for 12 months with possibly for Perm
