CORPORATE SALES RECRUITER
My client is a global organization in digital technologies platforms and they are seeking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to work on openings throughout the U.S. and Canada. Seeking a background that has experience working with higher volume recruiting for technology, sales and sales engineers. In this role, you will assist as a HR business partner supporting business units with the recruiting process; sourcing, assessing and interviewing utilizing a variety of innovative techniques in support of the growth of the organization. Must have experience finding passive candidates; working LinkedIn, job boards, social media recruiting. POSITION WILL BE REMOTE DURING COVID-19 BUT WILL BE AN OFFICE REPORTING BASED ROLE - DOWNTOWN CHICAGO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit for open requisitions at various levels; sourcing, screening and offer while ensuring collaboration with department leaders
- Recruitment: track and build candidate pipeline, develop position metrics/reports
- Maintain key reporting including accurate record retention
- Source active and passive candidates
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Utilize recruiting strategies including social media, supplementing traditional methods to source candidates
- Work collaboratively with talent acquisition team
- Evaluate recruiting practices and recommend improvement ideas
- Act as a liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners throughout the recruiting process
- Extend offers, initial background checks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related
- Min. 3-5 years of Corporate Recruiting experience
- Experience in technical sales recruiting or corporate recruiting
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS/Digital media environment preferred
- Affirmative Action Plan experience a plus
- Ability to work in high volume, full cycle recruiting
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, meet strict deadlines
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong LinkedIn and social media sourcing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, ATS
- Must reside in metro Chicago area
OFFERING:
- Base Salary $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
