BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - ENTRY LEVEL
Our client is a global leader that provides workforce solutions and management. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Rep responsible for prospecting, making outbound calls and follow up on marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for the sales team to sell entire suite of products and services. Seeking candidates that are extremely driven by success, with the ability and acumen to represent the client’s products and a strong ability to make calls via telephone.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads as well as outbound communication
- Set appointments/meetings; managing calendars and sending out invitations
- Based on set criteria, determine lead qualifications
- Consistently maintain high-activity, call volume; qualifying leads
- Identify contacts and key information within targeted accounts through research
- Keep well-informed of competitor activities and market trends
- Support Sales team with sales campaigns and sales goals
- Maintain database, documenting all communications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min.0-6 months of Inside Sales, Sales Development experience
- Will consider Recent College Grads, with prior internships, work study
- Responsible for sales and achieving revenue goals set by management
- Knowledge/Understanding of technological sales support techniques
- Ability to multi-task, high attention to details
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce a plus
OFFERING:
- Base Salary $45,000
- Bonus @ plan $60,000 - $65,000
- Full Benefits Package
