Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our direct sales team. This role is 100% commission-based and conducted door-to-door, engaging directly with homeowners to introduce them to our innovative home improvement solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors and engage homeowners in your local area.
• Educate them on solar, smart home systems, roofing, AeroSeal, and permanent lighting.
• Set up free in-home consultations with our expert project managers.
• Represent Ambia professionally and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. No base pay. Top performers regularly earn $75,000–$150,000+ annually, with no cap on income.
