Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our direct solar sales team.

This is a 100% commission-based role where you’ll work door-to-door, engaging with homeowners to educate them on the benefits of solar and schedule free consultations with our solar analysts.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors and engage homeowners in your assigned territory
• Educate them on the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar
• Set appointments for free in-home solar consultations
• Represent Ambia Energy Solutions professionally and provide an excellent customer experience

Compensation

This is a commission-only position.

Top performers regularly earn $75,000–$150,000+ per year, with no income cap.
