Now Hiring: Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Divine Harmony is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living safe, meaningful, and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care

Support community participation and independence

Follow each individual’s person-centered service plan

Assist with meals, appointments, transportation, and medication support as assigned

Maintain accurate daily documentation

Promote dignity, choice, privacy, safety, and respect

Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding concerns or changes

Qualifications:

Must be dependable, patient, respectful, and compassionate

Ability to pass required background checks

Completion of required training and certifications

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required

Previous caregiving or DSP experience is preferred but not required

Must be willing to work assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed
