Position Overview

Make a meaningful difference every day. We are seeking compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers to support children and/or adults with developmental, physical, and/or behavioral needs in a home and community setting. If you have a heart for service and hands-on experience with special needs care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support tailored to each client’s needs

Assist with daily living activities and skill-building

Support community integration and social development

Implement individualized care and behavior support plans

Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment

Document services and report client progress

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

Experience supporting children and/or adults on the autism spectrum, as well as those with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities

Strong understanding of person-centered care and behavioral support

Patience, reliability, and professionalism

Ability to follow care plans and agency policies

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

Ability to pass background check and meet hiring requirements
