Day Shift Direct Support Professional

We are hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide structured one to one support for an autistic young adult in Quakertown PA.

This position is part of a small, established behavioral support team and offers a consistent weekly schedule. The role is ideal for someone who values routine, follows plans carefully, and enjoys meaningful one to one work.

This shift focuses on daytime routines, engagement, and community participation.

Responsibilities

Provide one to one support in the home and community

Follow the Positive Behavioral Support Plan

Support daily routines and engagement

Assist with activities of daily living as needed

Collect simple behavioral data and track progress toward goals

Communicate with the behavioral team and family

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet at least one of the following:

Registered Behavior Technician

NADD Certification

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Certified Nursing Assistant

Bachelor or Masters degree in Psychology Education Special Education Counseling Social Work or related field

Candidates with extensive experience supporting individuals with autism will be considered if they are willing to obtain NADD certification.

Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
