    Evening Direct Support Professional

    We are hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide structured evening support for an autistic young adult in Quakertown PA.

    This position is part of a collaborative behavioral support team and offers a consistent weekly schedule. The role is well suited for someone who is steady, reliable, and comfortable supporting structured routines.

    This shift focuses on evening activities, routines, and transitions.

    Responsibilities

    Provide one to one support in home and community settings

    Follow the Positive Behavioral Support Plan

    Support structured routines and transitions

    Assist with daily living tasks as needed

    Track simple behavioral data and observations

    Communicate with the behavioral team and family

    Required Qualifications

    Applicants must meet at least one of the following:

    Registered Behavior Technician

    NADD Certification

    Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

    Certified Nursing Assistant

    Bachelor or Masters degree in Psychology Education Special Education Counseling Social Work or related field

    Candidates with extensive experience supporting individuals with autism will be considered if they are willing to obtain NADD certification.

    Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.

    Requirements

    Reliable transportation required

    Valid drivers license

    PA background clearances and drug screening

    Ability to follow structured support plans
