Overnight Direct Support Professional
We are hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide overnight support for an autistic young adult in Quakertown PA.
This position is part of a structured support team and offers a consistent weekly schedule. The role is ideal for someone who is calm, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
This shift focuses on maintaining a safe and stable overnight environment and ensuring continuity of care.
Responsibilities
Provide overnight supervision and support
Follow the Positive Behavioral Support Plan
Maintain a calm structured environment
Document observations and report concerns
Assist with routines if needed during overnight hours
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet at least one of the following:
Registered Behavior Technician
NADD Certification
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Certified Nursing Assistant
Bachelor or Masters degree in Psychology Education Special Education Counseling Social Work or related field
Candidates with extensive experience supporting individuals with autism or behavioral needs who do not currently meet one of the above qualifications are still encouraged to apply, as additional credentialing such as NADD certification may be considered.
Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
