Job Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one in-home support to individuals with behavioral health needs

Assist with daily living skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior support

Follow individualized care and behavior plans

Complete accurate documentation and communicate with the care team

Promote safety, dignity, and independence

Required Qualifications

Experience or background in behavioral health (DSP, caregiver, mental health, ABA, social services, etc.)

CPR & First Aid Certification

TB test within the last 2 years

Valid California driver’s license

Ability to pass DOJ Live Scan

Dependable, professional, and compassionate

Available for full-time employment
