Gifted Potentials is seeking a mature, dependable male Direct Support Professional (age 30+) to provide Community Participation Support (CPS) for an adult male in Phoenixville, PA.

We are looking for someone grounded, structured, and confident who can provide consistent mentorship and community-based support.

Local candidates are preferred; however, applicants able to commute reliably and maintain consistent attendance in Phoenixville will be considered.

Schedule

• 25 hours per week • Weekday hours flexible, preferably completed between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Weekend hours flexible based on participant availability • Consistent weekly commitment required

Compensation $20 per hour

Role Focus

• 1:1 community-based support • Employment readiness & structured engagement • Recreational and social outings • Building accountability, independence, and confidence • Supporting positive decision-making and emotional regulation • Accurate documentation and team communication

Requirements

• Male DSP, age 30+ (participant preference) • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Able to consistently complete 25 hours weekly • Experience supporting individuals with ID/DD preferred • Strong communication skills with ability to provide structured guidance • Familiarity with HCBS and person-centered supports preferred
