Previous experience as caregiver and/or Direct Support Professional

Provide supervision and guidance for client residents during skills building activities

Develop and implement individual treatment plans for client residents

Assist client residents with daily living activities, including medication administration, preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene

Drive to and accompany client residents to doctors appointments

Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship

Update resident case notes on a daily basis

Perform housekeeping duties and maintaining a clean and organized environment

Encouraging client engagement in social networks and communities
