We’re hiring Life Skills Coaches (LSCs) — passionate people who want to help others gain independence and thrive in their communities.

What You’ll Do:

As a Life Skills Coach, you’ll work in the community with individuals where they live, work, and socialize. You’ll serve as:

A Partner – helping individuals lead independent, self-directed lives.

A Teacher – using creative methods to teach life skills.

An Ambassador – building bridges to community inclusion.

An Advocate – supporting individual rights and choices.

A Supporter – understanding personal goals and helping clients achieve them.

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and dependable

Experience with our client population preferred (but not required)

At least 21 years old

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and full insurance coverage

Must maintain an acceptable driving record (no DUIs)

Schedule: Flexible (10–40 hours/week)
