DUTIES:
- Personal Care Assistance: Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and feeding)
- Health Support: Administering medications (with training), monitoring vital signs, assisting with exercises, accompanying to medical appointments
- Life Skills Training: Teaching meal prep, cleaning, shopping
- **Behavioral & Emotional Support: **Implementing behavior plans, de-escalating crises, provide companionship and emotional support
- Community Integration: Planning community outings (e.g. to libraries, parks, or events) and supporting social interaction
- **Safety & Documentation: **Ensuring a safe environment, reporting incidents and documenting daily progress or challenges
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Compassionate, patient and dependable
- Experience is a plus, but not required – we will train viable candidates
