At Brite Horizon, we provide high-quality support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live independently and stay connected to their communities. We are currently hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team.

🔹 What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will support individuals in their daily lives and help them achieve their personal goals.

Provide person-centered care based on each individual’s ISP (Individual Service Plan)

Assist with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meal prep, etc.)

Support community integration (appointments, outings, social activities)

Help build life skills and independence

Provide transportation when needed

Monitor health and safety and report any concerns

Implement behavior support strategies when applicable

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

🔹 What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check (BCI/FBI as required)

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Strong communication skills

Willingness to assist with personal care

Ability to work in home and community settings

No prior experience required — we provide training.
