Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals DSPs to provide one-on-one support in a residential home setting for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful work and is seeking a consistent part-time schedule in a supportive environment.

Available Shift:

4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home setting

Assist with activities of daily living ADLs including bathing dressing grooming and mobility

Support meal preparation and light housekeeping

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring

Support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

Maintain a safe clean and structured environment

Document care provided and report changes in condition or behavior

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a DSP caregiver or home health aide preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Compassionate dependable and patient

Ability to perform physical tasks as needed

CPR First Aid certification is a plus
