Do you enjoy working with people and helping others stay active in their community? Join Divine Homes Healthcare Services, LLC as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and support individuals with developmental disabilities through meaningful community engagement activities.

Help individuals build independence, explore their community, and live fulfilling lives.

🕒 Schedule

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

✔ Consistent and predictable hours

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support in community settings

Accompany individuals to activities such as parks, shopping, museums, and social outings

Assist with daily living skills and promote independence

Support development of social and communication skills

Encourage participation in community-based activities

Provide transportation to and from scheduled activities (as needed)

Ensure safety and well-being during outings

Document daily activities, progress, and any concerns

✅ Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience as a DSP, caregiver, or similar role preferred (not required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and follow a structured schedule

Compassionate, dependable, and patient

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
