Job Description: Amazing U Community Services is seeking a female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual with developmental disabilities in Wayne, NJ. We are looking for serious and reliable candidates who are passionate about making a difference and can commit to consistent, part-time work.

This is a Part-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor position, ideal for someone seeking flexible hours while providing meaningful support in the individual’s home or community.

Responsibilities:

Provide support with daily living activities as outlined in the individual’s care plan

Offer companionship, engagement, and assistance in maintaining a safe and clean environment

Follow all safety protocols and program guidelines

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

Female candidates only (based on the individual's support needs and preferences)

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous DSP or caregiving experience preferred

Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual

Reliable transportation required

Clean driving record

Must complete a background check

Must complete College of Direct Support (CDS) training

CPR certification a plus
