Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in a group setting with adults with disabilities. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, supporting clients in their homes and communities. DSPs play a vital role in encouraging independence, fostering personal growth, and creating a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living skills such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and organization

Support clients in developing and practicing independent living skills

Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed

Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation

Promote a positive and inclusive group living environment

Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, and staff

Adapt to changing client needs and group dynamics

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Completion of required training prior to providing services (training provided)

Ability to commit to a consistent 3PM – 11PM, Monday–Friday schedule

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compassion, patience, and respect for individuals with disabilities
