Job Overview

Divine Homes Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one in-home support to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience working with individuals with autism and who are passionate about providing meaningful support in the home and community setting.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide companionship and emotional support

Support meal preparation and light housekeeping

Assist with medication reminders

Maintain a safe, clean, and structured home environment

Document daily care activities and report any changes or concerns

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous DSP, caregiver, or healthcare support experience preferred

Experience working with individuals with autism preferred

Reliable transportation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and dependable attitude
