**AHRC NYC is looking to immediately hire Full & Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for their Agovino ICF residence in the Bronx. **

**PAY RATE : $18.54 -$18.90 per hour **

• The oversight of all safety and health considerations
• Promoting skill development, interests, and hobbies
• Assisting with Adult Daily Living skills (ADLs)
• Other personalized responsibilities including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, etc.

Qualifications

• Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
• Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills.
• Patience is a Must!
• Willingness to support people's preferences for community, activities, work, leisure activities, the exercise of their rights etc. in various settings.
• Ability to use a computer for data entry.
• Driver license needed for day and evening positions, NOT overnight positions.
• High school education/GED preferred.
