Mana Resources is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Every day, you'll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities and personal care

Prepare meals and assist with medications

Support community outings and recreational activities

Encourage independence and skill development

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home

Complete documentation and communicate with the care team

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license with reliable, insured, registered transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training available)

Experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person
