Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We’re hiring a Direct Support Professional in Charlottesville, Virginia who wants meaningful work, consistent hours, and strong state-backed benefits. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on helping adults with developmental disabilities build life skills, engage in community activities, and participate fully in social and recreational opportunities. You’ll implement individualized support plans with structured guidance and team support.

• $2/hour shift differential
