Enhanced Part-Time DSP Role This is a specialized Direct Support Professional position supporting an autistic young adult as part of an established behavioral team. Enhanced pay reflects required credentials, ABA-informed practice, and accountability.

Pay & Schedule • $30.00–$35.00/hour (Enhanced Rate) • Weekdays: 12:00pm - 5:00pm & 4:00 PM–9:00 PM (flexible selection) • Optional flexible weekend hours

About the Role

You will provide structured in-home and community support to an autistic young adult who is pleasant, engaging, and enjoyable to work with. She enjoys reading, has a great sense of humor, and does best with predictable routines, structure, and technology-supported strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, follows plans carefully, and enjoys meaningful one-to-one work.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies outlined in the Positive Behavioral Support Plan (PBSP) • Provide structured support in home and community settings • Collect and document behavioral and progress data accurately • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed • Use positive reinforcement aligned with ABA principles • Communicate with the behavioral team and family as required

Required Qualifications

Applicants must hold at least one of the following:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) • NADD Certification • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Gerontology • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Additional Requirements: • Experience supporting adults with Autism • Familiarity with ABA principles • PA background checks and drug screening • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
