About the Role:

Thriving Together Support Services in Greenfield, IN is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (Caregiver) to join their team. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support individuals in community integration, social activities, and recreational outings

Administer medications and document care accurately in compliance with care plans

Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and behavioral support strategies

Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding client progress

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for all clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience in caregiving, direct support, or human services preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
