Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.

Provide emotional support and encouragement to enhance clients' independence.

Implement individualized care plans and monitor progress towards goals.

Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement and inclusion.

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Hands- on CPR and First Aid certification

Background check clearance required for employment.

Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and enhancing their quality of life.
