We Are seeking candidates who have availability for different shifts of 12a-8a, 8a-4p, and 4p-12a. Monday-Friday or Weekend shifts available. We are seeking candidates working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Personal Care Support
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Help with toileting and hygiene
Support mobility (transfers, walking, wheelchair use)
Administer or remind clients to take medications (depending on certification)
Monitor for changes in physical or mental health
Follow care plans and report concerns
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
Help with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
Manage basic errands like grocery shopping
Accompany clients to appointments, work, or social outings
Encourage participation in community activities
Support skill-building for independence
Build trusting relationships
Provide companionship and encouragement
Implement behavior support plans when necessary
Record daily activities, progress, and incidents
Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Education & Requirements
High school diploma or GED (minimum)
CPR/First Aid certification (required but will train)
