Hopes Promise Respite LLC is hiring flexible, compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their homes and in the local community.

Available Hours:

Part time hours are currently available primarily in the late afternoon and evening hours

Shifts average 2 hours to 8 hours per assigned day

Locations include the counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic and surrounding areas

Job Summary:

Provide personalized assistance and companionship in the child's home or in the community.

Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation.

Facilitating community engagement such as outings, social activities.

Supporting skill development and independence goals.

Providing emotional support and companionship.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.
