During onboarding, we review available assignments with you and together develop a consistent weekly work schedule supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their family homes, at activities in the community or during over extended themed weekend respites. Part time and full-time hours are available.

AVAILABLE COMMUNITY BASED ASSIGNMENTS: Assignments are consistent weekly visits scheduled at the same time 1 to 3 times per week. The length of each visit varies (usually averaging 2 to 8 hours per visit depending on assignment).

SERVICE LOCATION: Support is provided at the individual's family home and at activity locations in the community; this is not a group home or day program setting.
