What You'll Do

Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs

Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities

Encourage independence while helping individuals achieve their personal goals

Build trusting relationships with individuals and their families

Complete accurate daily documentation

Protect the rights, dignity, and safety of every individual served

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to pass Pennsylvania background checks and drug screening

First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
