Locations: Nampa & Meridian Shift: Overnight Shift | 10:00 pm – 6:00 am Swing Shift | 2:00 pm- 10:00 pm Day Shift | 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
As a Direct Care Professional, You Will:
Support clients with daily routines and independent living skills, including meal prep, personal hygiene, household chores, and organization
Assist with medication reminders and health needs
Cook, clean, and create a safe, welcoming home environment
Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, work, or recreational activities
Encourage and model positive social skills, communication, and problem-solving
Help clients build confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development
Participate in fun community outings like movies, dining, sports, and local events
Be a reliable source of encouragement, stability, and advocacy for those you serve
Collaborate with your team and supervisors to ensure the best care for each client
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance/registration
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we’ll help!)
Most importantly: a kind heart, patience, and a good sense of humor
