    Guild Care Group is actively hiring dependable Direct Support Professionals to support young adults with developmental disabilities in structured residential group homes.

    Interviews scheduled within 3–7 days.

    ****PRIORITY SHIFT NEEDS

    Evening Shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) – Most Needed
    Day Shift (6:00am–2:00pm)
    Double Weekend Shifts Available

    All full-time roles require rotating weekends unless hired for weekend only, then it's every weekend.

    **PAY STRUCTURE

    $17.00/hr for fully certified drivers

    Most full-time employees reach $17.00/hr within their first 90 days after completing required certifications.

    Additional pay components:

    • $0.50/hr for valid Arizona driver status (clean 36-month MVR)

    • $0.50/hr for required certifications

    Leadership opportunities available with increased pay and additional vacation time.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide direct care and supervision

    • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)

    • Administer medications as certified

    • Maintain a clean and structured home environment

    • Support transportation and community outings (driver roles)

    • Document services accurately and professionally

    • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    • Reliable transportation to and from work

    • Valid Arizona driver's license required for driver roles

    • Clean 36-month MVR required for driver roles

    • Experience in caregiving or developmental disability services preferred

    Entry-level candidates are welcome if willing to complete required certifications promptly after hire.

    CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Required certifications include:
    Article 9, Prevention & Support, CPR/First Aid, and Neglect & Abuse.

    Most full-time employees complete required certifications within their first 90 days and reach the $17.00/hr rate upon completion.
