This is an in-home position — you'll work one-on-one, directly in the individual's home, providing personalized support in a comfortable, familiar setting.

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, respectful support with daily living activities

Assist with community engagement, appointments, and personal goals

Help implement individualized support plans

Build trust and consistency through reliable, caring presence

What We're Looking For

A patient, dependable, and caring individual

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check (FACIS/OIG screening)

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous caregiving or DSP experience a plus — but not required. We'll train the right person.
