    VIP Quality Services (VIP), a residential and day service provider for adult individuals with intellectual disabilities. VIP vision is to provide life enriching experiences and enhance the quality of life for adult individuals with intellectual disabilities. We focus on valuing every individual through creative, self-expression, and social interaction by providing an environment that is respectful, safe and fun. VIP is always looking for staff with a passion for helping others and a desire to build a fulfilling career where she/he can change lives.

    VIP Quality Services is looking for staff with the heart to serve others, enjoy being busy, and creative. We look for staff that engages with the individuals-served, developing activities and learning skills that fit with the individuals’ needs.

    Duties include: engaging individuals-served in different activities, attend to their personal needs, taking individuals on community outings, providing behavioral guidance to ensure a safe environment and build trustworthy relationships with each individual-served.

    Skills: Have the ability to work with intellectual/developmental disabled who have emotional and behavioral challenges. Excellent interpersonal, oral, record keeping, and written communication skills. Have the ability to respond to crisis and conflict with confidence and professionalism.
