    Note: We do not have any overnights or days M-F only!

    Position Summary

    A Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. You’ll help people build skills, participate in community activities, and meet daily living needs while promoting choice, dignity, and independence.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Support daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, medication reminders per policy)

    · Assist with community outings, social activities, and skill-building goals

    · Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and healthy routines

    · Follow individual support plans and document services accurately

    · Maintain a safe, respectful environment and respond to emergencies as trained

    · Communicate effectively with team members, families/guardians, and supervisors

    Qualifications

    · High school diploma or GED (required)

    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred/if role requires driving)

    · Ability to pass background check and required screenings

    · Comfortable assisting with personal care and lifting/transferring as needed

    · Strong communication skills, empathy, and reliability

    · Experience in caregiving, CNA, home health, or human services is a plus—training provided

    Schedule & Compensation

    Status: Full-time or Part-time

    Schedule: Days, evening, weekends, weekends only, evenings only

    Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience
