Direct Support Professional (DSP) Pay: From $16.00 per hour Locations: Nampa & Meridian

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them live as independently as possible while achieving their personal goals.
If you are patient, encouraging, reliable, and enjoy helping others succeed, we would love to meet you. Experience is welcome but not required—we provide training for the right person.
What You'll Do
Provide support with daily living activities and personal care as needed
Encourage independence and skill-building
Offer companionship, emotional support, and positive encouragement
Assist with community outings and activities
Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Complete required documentation and communicate with the support team
What We're Looking For
Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
A genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life
Strong communication skills
Ability to pass a Health and Welfare background check
Valid driver's license with reliable, insured, registered transportation
High school diploma or GED preferred
Available Shifts:
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Overnight Shifts
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekend Day Shifts
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Weekend Swing Shifts
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
