What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, no two shifts are the same — and that’s what makes it meaningful.

You will:

✨ Empower individuals to achieve personal goals and celebrate milestones ✨ Promote independence while providing hands-on support ✨ Assist with daily living skills, including meals, routines, and personal care ✨ Support medication administration and health needs ✨ Provide safe transportation and community access ✨ Encourage engagement through activities, outings, and social events ✨ Maintain accurate documentation to ensure quality care

What You’ll Need

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to pass an Arizona Department of Public Safety background check

Valid Arizona Driver’s License preferred
