RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Direct phone contact with existing Drivers and Owner Operators
• Direct phone contact with existing Carriers within our database
• Tracking and Tracing loads 
• Knowledge and experience with state of the art transportation software
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree preferred, high school diploma with two years proven transportation experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet and ability to quickly learn new TMS systems and platforms
• Strong telephone and written communication skills
• Assertive, passionate, and dedicated to succeed
• Ability to work independently while supporting an overall team mentality
• Ability to work in an office environment
• Manage complex Customer situations promptly and professionally
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
