Golden Provider Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Specialist to join our team in Worthington, OH. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and personal assistance to individuals in daily living activities

Support clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility

Implement individualized care plans and document progress accurately

Assist with medication management and health monitoring as directed

Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all clients

Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals

Participate in behavioral support strategies and crisis intervention when needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience in direct care, personal care, or human services preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Compassionate, patient, and dependable work ethic
